Please provide the details of your requirements (what machine you need, and what products you need this machine to process--size drawings of your products, your required shift Qty of the machines etc) as clear as possible. So that we can send you the offer at the first time.
For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with Skype / email / phone, in case of any delays.
2. What kind of materials we need provide after the P.O. placed to you?
(1) the rotor, stator, coil’s relative size drawings.
(2) the rotor, stator samples, bobbin, wires, paper/wedge
3. What shipping documents we can have?
(1) commercial invoice
(2) packing list
(3) bill of lading
(4) certificate of origin (FTA etc)
(5) manual including diagrams
4. How about the warranty?
We have 1-year warranty and lifelong maintenance.
5. What is the terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, but it is subjected to the final PI (P.O.)which mutual party made.
