varnish machine takes rolling style to do varnish coating for the 24 slots external armature, the armature can be assembly to the shaft spindle, and in-between with the separator to increase the shift Qty while maintain higher quality but saves varnish cost,

Peristaltic pump to ensure the varnish always flowing, the varnish tank connected with water cooler to ensure the varnish at constant temperature, so that to ensure the varnish coating quality.
Varnish machine includes preheating, cooling, varnishing, dropping, postcuring. Those workflow is continuousely auto running.
