Ceiling fan motor winding machine is to make coils winding into stator.
Stator winding machine has 4 stations and 2 controllers independently give the execution order for the 2/2 stations.
Each controller is working with 1 set servo motors which one is for stator indexing(slots transposition), one is for winding, the last one is for the wires arraying.

The program in the ceiling fan motor winding machine can set the starting turns no.speed, the ending turns no. speed and the most windings turns no.speed separately which achieves better windings shape;
the program can set single slot repair or resume winding after wire break which convenients for the production.
Electronic tensioner can makes the winding more tight to save the copper wires.
